торг., юр., брит. закон "О предоставляемых товарах и услугах"*, 1971 г. (закон, регулирующий предложение купить товар, сопровождаемый предоставлением этого или другого товара или услуги потенциальному покупателю; такое предоставление может трактоваться как дар в случае, если покупатель не вернет товар в установленный срок; согласно этому акту незаконно требовать с физического или юридического лица платежа за товары или услуги, которые были ему предоставлены без заказа с его стороны)
